e tendering system to all Govt departments

"NEW" animation-- 3D GIF animation by Media Tech Productions.Govt decided to widen the e-tendering system to all Govt departments.As per the new direction e-Govt procurement should be followed in all Departments/Boards/PSUs for all tenders above Rs 25 lakhs by 31st march 2013
