Finance department made
modifications to the bill forms TR59A and TR59B used by
the implementing officers of LSGIs for withdrawal of money from
treasuries.As per the new plan formation guidelines DPC approval is not
mandatory and so the column for DPC approval no&date was substituted
by Designation of the officer who approved the project and No&Date
of sanction order
